Delete your account

In the app

Open Small World, go to Settings → Privacy and tap “Delete my account”. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@small-world.app from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us so and we'll find another way to confirm it's you. We delete the account within a month at the latest, usually much sooner, and write back when it's done.

What goes, what stays

Your profile, profile photo, connections, location data, safe zones, trips, moments and one-to-one chats are deleted. Messages you sent in Meet Up group chats stay there without your name until they expire, and records of reports are kept for the periods in our privacy policy.
